I have a friend who's bought and sold several cars on the internet (and
eBay)-including his present 1964 Spitfire and 2 1957 Urals!
In fact, I know several people who have bought and sold various vehicles on
eBay over the past few years-I think only one of them was unhappy (and it
wasn't his first eBay purchase either.)
I almost bought a Triumph Tiger Cub Motorcycle off eBay a month ago-I just
didn't get a check in time to be able to bid on it. Damn!
