<I disagree that Ted has any responsibility to resolve your problem. It
wasn't his fault that his friend fell into ill health...all he was was a
middle man>
In a way Mr. Fouche is the middle man. I originally was dealing with Ted to
aquire an engine. I bought the parts for the modifications from Ted.
Here's what another lister wrote me off the list, "...my 1st inclination is
to start where you started, with Ted, you bought everything through him, he
is the supplier and took the money (for the pistons and rings), he sold the
parts, he should get your engine, Fouche is the middleman in this case, you
are the end man, again go back and start at the top."
This is quite complicated since Mr. Fouche lives several states away, and
Ted had me send the money for the base engine directly to Mr. Fouche. I only
gave Ted the money for the pistons and rings which he then sent to Mr.
Fouche. The bottom line: get it in writing!"
I'm just gratful that Ted is willing to help resolve this.
