Brad and Andre,

One thing my Brad and I have been discussing is what do we want in a house 
once the kids all move out in 5 years and we buy a new one.

Besides room for a pool table (B) and a sunroom or enclosed porch (for me) , 
we want at least a 3 car garage with either a pit to work on the cars or a 
hydraulic lift. How's that for dreaming?
