He built a house for his car, I bought a house not because of it's location, 
not because of it's wonderful style, but because it has a garage behind it 
that is 100 sq ft bigger than the house! I can get 4 cars, a motorcycle, a 
lathe, drill press, riding mower, and all my tools in it and still have room 
to work on everything. I might not have been able to get it past the wife to 
be, but I bought it before I bought her engagement ring.
