Richard, My memory says the same. Gear oil at the front and grease at the back 
etc. That's what's in mine.

Carter,

I may be wrong - my understanding was that you should use gear oil in the
Front Trunnions, to lubricate the rotation of the trunnion when the steering
is operated.

Everywhere else (rear bearings, steering rack, UJs etc.) you use normal
grease.

If anyone can confirm for sure that you also use oil in the rear bearings
please let me know!  I haven't got any of my manuals to hand to check in.
