I'm doing the engine rebuild finally. This motor is so original, it still had
the original gaskets and gasket goo holding it together. It was so tough I
had to sandblast it off the front motor plate - along with a little rust
'cause it had been sitting so long.
Now I have the problem or no paint on the front plate. What kind of paint
will withstand the inside of an engine - oil, heat, etc. I know there are
lots of outside paints, but what do you use for the inside? I want to prevent
future rust problems.
