John,
I am assuming that you are working on a 1500.
The first head (515573) is for a 1500 and will work on a 1500 .
The other one (307871) is from a Mk3 1300 engine and while it will fit ok, you
will find yourself with a big problem of increased compression ratio
because of the smaller combustion chambers. If you have easy access to very
High octane AvGas or racing fuel, you might get away with it, but If you
are indeed working on a 1500, just rebuild the 515573 and save yourself some
severe headaches.
Regards,
Joe
