Thanks to everyone that wrote back with suggestions. Mike Ross, Laura
G., Hayden Olenik, Michael Porter, Joe Curry, John Tones, Terry
Thompson, J Constantino, Bill Gregory, Brian Yarboro, David Templeton,
and anyone else I might have missed.

My decision, through a moment or two of insanity, is to buy the GT6+,
despite the number not exactly matching the body/chassis style. I have
seen ads where people are looking for tags/title for a restored parts
car that did not come with a title. I know the owner, and feel
comfortable that this is a mistake of a previous PO, not the current
owner. I can live with the mismatched numbers for now. Maybe someday
I'll buy a parts car and be able to use matching tags/title.
It looks like a two year plus restoration. I may be certifiable, but I
doubt that I'm alone, especially in the restoration of a poor, little
car. I'll probably wait to pick it up until March or April, giving me
time to clean out my barn for it, since my garage is already full. The
good news is, my wife went with me to see this car, and is also in favor

of buying it, if I feel like taking on the challenge.
