GT6 brakes transplant into a spit?

Howdy again all,

I have decided to put the GT6 brakes into the Spit, but
here is my question: Which GT6 brakes will fit?

My Spit is a '73, Production #FM3891U.

I have seen front calipers for "Early '73" GT6 and then
the later ones...

Which will fit best?  The Spit was built in Feb 73 according
to the data plate.

Also... what am I going to need?  Right and left caliper,
pads... what else?  (The brakes on the Spit work, just
not well enough to satisfy me)
