Up here in Canada, you can find them in almost any large hardware store and
Costco as well.  My mom bought one at Costco about ten years ago (then Price
Club). Still does the job.   One brand name comes to mind "TEMPO" (And no,
it's not the car!!!)

They are available in many sizes.  Hers is big enough for a big Buick and
was about 200$ Cdn.

Go to www.google.com and search for "temporary garages".
