Oil

Hey all-
  A pretty simple question for y'all: what weight motor oil is
recommended for a '69 Spit engine, and what brands do you like? I
looked in the manuals, but only saw a listing for "multigrade", which
isn't incredibly helpful. I was reading the Oil FYI on VTR's website,
and it seems as though Quaker State has one of the highest viscosity
index and flash point ratings..
