Spitlisters:
My rear engine mounts are shot. 1977 Spit. no
O/D. Does anyone have a procedure or ideas to replace
them. Is this a job that should be done by a garage
with a lift. Just using jack stands does not give
enough room to operate.
Another question: I replaced my speedo cable and
sleeve thing this past winter. Went for a short drive
and it quit after 1.4 miles. Is it possible to have not
installed it right??
Thanks
Dave Gebhard
