Hi Fred, Steering bushes are easily removed. Find a dowel or broomstick the approximate diameter of the steering cowl and insert it. It takes a little bit of force, but the only thing holding those bushes in are 2 rubber tabs on each side which slide into holes in the cowl. Insertion is the reverse. Line up the tabs with the holes and use the broomstick to put them in place. If there was any play in the bushes at all you'll notice a world of difference. Bill Brockschmidt |
