I'm glad you weighed in on this 'cause, God knows, it's beyond me. Something
unique would certainly resolve the concerns, but allow me to ask one
question. I have seen this "Camospit" reproduced in various forms, from the
entire ad to portions thereof, to the Pizza Spit in the TRF catalog. All
these reproductions have gone unchallenged (as far as I know). Wouldn't that
make it somewhere between unlikely and indefensible that copyright owner (is
that Triumph or the artist, given that Triumph contracted the work) could
challenge our use, especially if it's modified into logo?
