Jeff,
Nisonger (sp) (Check the monster list at either the team.net site or
Chris K.'s site at http://www.dimebank.com/monster/vendors.html)
should be able to fix your speedo.
To check the fuel gauge/sending unit, take the hot wire on the sending
unit and short it to ground. If the gauge works, then your problem is
the sending unit. If it doesn't work, then it could be either the voltage
stabilizer or the gauge itself. If you have access to a ohmmeter, you
can check the sending unit.

Subject: Who repairs Jaeger guages?
The '68 Mk3 I just purchased has a Jaeger speedo that isn't working. I'm
going to check the cable first -- but does anyone know who repairs these
things and at what kind of cost?
Also, can anyone recommend how I can test the sending unit on the fuel tank
to see whether its bad? The gas guage isn't working, either. With both the
speedo and the gas guage out of commission, who can tell when it's time to
fill up! Guess I better start toting a measuring stick and dip it in the
sauce every now and again!
Cheers,
Jeff (San Diego, CA)
