Have you had the rear toe-in (alignment) checked? I've found that after many
years of work and abuse, the shims have either gone missing, or the metal
where the radius arm bolts to the body have stretched. In any event, before
spending piles and piles on new parts - check the rear alignment. It also
can adjust the rear driving height and camber.
Have you ever noticed that it sits lower if you drive it in reverse rather
than push it? Its the toe-in.
