I cut the bolt with a Sawzall. The blade cut through the rubber bushing
and then throught the bushing's "distance piece" and then through the
bolt.  There was enough gap between the control arm an the upright that
I could fit a metal cutting blade without seriously damaging the shock
tower or the control arm.
