Andy,
I have read that if you heat the nut and allow to cool 3 times then
use whatever you have avalable(you may be able to rent an electric
impact gun) the nut will break loose. It worked for me when I only had a
propane torch and a borrowed (from my employer)electric impact wrench.
Just as I was going to give up,the nut did.
