Removing Tub 80 Spit

What is the proper way to remove the body on a 1980 Spitfire? Do iI need to
remove the engine? I've taken the seats, carpeting and top off, along with
the headlights, I have never taken restoration projects this far and I would
like to do this the right way this time. Are there any articles on this
subject? I will be painting it a different color, depending on my success I
will be doing this to my TR6 also.
