Patrick, I have read that to adjust rear brakes properly,you pull up the emergency brake 3or4 "clicks",then tighten adjuster 'till wheel will not turn. Then when you release your emergency brake,the wheels should turn freely. If you try this would you let me(us)know how it works? Good Luck, Bob Harris |
