You might consider Polypavement http://www.polypavement.com/.  It's an 
emulsion you mix with dirt and then compact.  The website is really 
interesting, and it looks like the military and government use a lot of it 
(not that that is necessarily a good endorsement).  I'm considering using 
it around my house.
