My driveway has been gravel for 80years. the gravel sinks into the
clay after a while and leaves me with mud or dust, depending on the weather.
I need a spot to work on cars without playing in the dirt.
A concrete pad is one way, but drainage is an (expensive) issue.
Blacktop is too soft, jacks and cranes dig right in, and
leaked petroleum eats it up.
could I use wood? treated lumber? how to construct?
any other suggestions welcome.
thanks
