I try not to lose sleep over it, but...
I generally just switch the compressor off when I am done, but leave
it pressurized. So as long as I do work again in a day or two it's still
fully charged up. And generally there is enough pressure in the tank to
do a quick tire or something.
Once every now and then I'll open the drain to get the water out, but
just a spit usually comes out so I don't worry too much.
I don't want it cycling on and off when I'm not using it, but it's
nice to be able to get to work fast because it's charged up already.
