Some nice point Carl, hope you do finally get your permit, here on the East
coast we have "Jiffy-Lube", Wal-Mart, The Grease Monkey and a few large
repair shops all with "pits" and none have fans or ventalation equipment and
as you said, all customers are invited into the pits if they want to do so,
never heard of any "Wal-Mart" customers dropping dead from gas fumes or
explosions and yes they are insured.  "FT"
