Agree 110%  Now if I could just get that message across
to some of the parts replacers that I work with! Diagnose
the friggin' problem first! Otherwise if you don't know
what the problem is, how can you fix it? (And they think
I'm being sarcastic when I ask that question!  Sheesh!)
