A number of years ago I dug through my old climbing hardware and came up with some big masonary anchors, left over from various climbing trips on southern Utah sandstone. A couple of these put in the garage floor along the back wall came in handy for various purposes. Often this was winching a non-running car up onto jackstands. Installation was considerably less hectic on the garage floor than it was hundreds of feet up on some obscure desert cliff! mjb. /// /// shop-talk@autox.team.net mailing list /// |
