Years ago I removed engines with rented hoists and beams and hooks from the ceiling. Then I built a totally disassemblable engine hoist. Best tool in the shop! It takes up only two square feet in a corner when not in use. I can assemble it in about three minutes. It has hoisted engines, cars, trailers. I can toss it into the back of the van and haul it around, as I'm going to do this weekend. And it cost less than $100! -- uncle jack 61 TR4 Rallye Replica Racer 71 TR6 Street Car named Desire |
