Do the instructions tell you you will need to obtain the small parts
separately? Do your adds mention that a few commonly available parts will
need to be purchased locally? I think it might have been well worth it for
you to have included the few cents worth of hardware, and avoid  the
unpleasantness that has resulted. Often times, if you work with something a
lot,  you forget that someone else might not have your knowledge and
understanding. Basically, since many of us, if not most,  are rank amateurs,
we need all the help we can get!! Bob K in PHX, AZ.
