I also found that my vendor, Scott's Super Trucks, sold cheaper than buying
from Mar-K.

I used spar urethane on mine and three years later no problems (but I do
have a bed cover)
also just a note Chevy duty sells the mar-k beds at a better price than
Mar-k  found out by accident when I went to order mine
