[oletrucks] does a 250 hei dist.fit fine into a 261 ci?

My vac advance went south.  I can have it rebuilt for 25 bucks, but I can buy 
a used 250 hei distributor with cap and wires for fifty, and it looks like a 
fit, but looking through the threads there is some mention of spacing 
required.  Anyone know the skinny on this job?  My 261 is a 59
