You need to undo the nut that is on the end of the metal pipe, then do the 
large nut that secures the end of the flex hose to the chassis bracket. 
Both these are above the bracket and very awkward to get at, particularly if 
they are rusty.  I recommend removing the engine!  With those undone you can 
unscrew the hose from the slave cylinder.  Refitting is the inevitable 
reverse of removal.
