Is yours the single circuit system, and if so do you have the remote
servo? I have found that air can get trapped in the servo - ideally it
should be mounted with the air valve at the bottom and the "nose"
pointing up slightly, otherwise air can get trapped in there that
doesn't come out with bleeding. To solve the problem I had to remove
the mounting nuts for the servo, turn it so that the valve is below the
cylinder (with the pipes still attached), bleed, then return to the
normal mounting position. Be careful not to kink or damage the lines
while doing this!
