Too much hype, rumour and innuendo at the moment. The two Chinese bids are
said to be 'lift and shift' whereby all production moves out of the UK. The
third UK based bid claims to keep production at Longbridge, but apparently
needs UKP40M from the Government before they can negotiate with the banks
for new loans.
Ironic that now the original debts have been written off banks are said to
be willing to lend more money to someone else.
And there *still* won't be an MG coming to America.
