I'm doing some repairs over the winter on a recently aquired 58 MGA roadster. The alloy distributor base is broken away where the ring clamp tightens it in position, presumably from years of overtightening. I have several other old distributors in parts and would like to swap bodies. Is there any significant diference between the 25D (MGB?) and DM2 (MGA?) distributors. Can I use either on the 1500 engine? Any help would be appreciated. Kevin Mardell |
