Just got the B started and into the garage. I pulled the aircleaner
assemblies off, and cranked her over. Fired right up. Put them back on, and
no start. Turns out the DPO used bolts that were about 1" too long to hold
the aircleaner assemblies on with. This extra length blocked the choke cable
from being able go to full choke. When I took the car for a ride before I
bought it, it was being stored indoors where it was warm. I guess lack of
choke at the very cold temps (10 F) caused the problem. Let it warm up for a
bit, took it for a spin around the block with no problems. Its now inside
the garage where I can work on it. Now I get to deal with the brakes. Let
the fun begin! Again thanks for all of the helpful suggestions (and I'm sure
you'll be hearing from me again soon..about brakes).
