        What are you trying to unscrew? I have run into this problem many
time, so many in fact that I usually don't even try to drill them out any
more. What you will probably have to do is over size the hole and re tap
it. Be sure you use the right size drill for the tap. You might also try a
product made by loc-tite that is like a glue and is made to squirt into a
hole and then the screw/bolt is used to make new threads. It works pretty
well.
