MG/Jag./Riley plus Wolsey.

This all started out as Jag./MG Magnet but now the 1.5 Riley has arived. My
questions out of curiosity are.

1) How did this Riley differ from the Wolsey 1500 of the same period?

2) Was it just colours, trim and a center grill light in the Wolsey or were
there real mechanical differences?

It seemes to me this was just a badge job and if so did an MG ever exist?
All this is just curiosity. I don't have any examples in mind.
