Stopped to look over a TD parked in the street on Nantucket last week
and another chap stopped to say he used to have two.
By the way, LBC score was two T type replicas with non-MG radiators,
one with MG radiator, one genuine TD, AH3000, Midget, no B's. How
they had the courage to take them up Main Street - paved with 8 inch
boulders - I'll never know, even the 4X4s were taking it gingerly.
After one stretch my wife refused to travel any further and got out
to walk the rest of the way.
There is also a Bugatti replica (VW-based) in Nantucket town with
Florida BUGATTI plates.
