If you want to clean your rubber bumpers, it takes more than a spray on solution to do it right. A friend in a body shop recommended (and i can attest to the fact that it works as can about 10 other people who have tried it) #200 wet sandpaper, running water and a little elbow grease. It will take off the oxidation and then smooth the bumper. Only then should you apply any of the elixers or snake oils that are available on the market. Larry Berger |
