Chris,
I posted this a while back but here goes again.....wet sand the
bumpers starting with 240 wet/dry paper and work your way down to
400 grit. Thoroughly dry them. Get some silicon remover or plastic
prep-for-paint solvent from a reputable auto paint store. Once again
thoroughly clean the bumpers with solvent. Let dry, do again. When dry
spray with light coats, 3-4 with Krylon matte or semi-gloss black paint.
Follow these directions and you will have people asking you at car shows
where you got the new bumpers from.!
It works and looks outstanding.
