When you pull the plug wires while the car is running, have you verified
that you have spark to those plugs? Maybe you can pull all the plugs, hook
the wires up to them, have someone crank the engine over while you watch
under the hood and verify that all plugs have fire, ensure they have a
ground someplace to metal. Depending on what type of new plug wires you
used, you could have gotten a bad batch of wires. While all the plugs are
out you can also sort of check other stuff like compression in the cylinders.
Fire, fuel, compression, and air. Does your car have electronic ignition?
Could be a bad module or controller, checking the spark to each plug will
verify this.
