Carl Cederstrand wrote the book on this swap. I think you can buy the book
at Moss and at Britbooks.....Carl is on line and will probably reply to you.
The other chap that does these swaps (did mine) is Butch Taras. He is online
too but I don't have his address handy. Both Gents are in the LA area.
