I stumbled on to this handy gear ratio/ tire size/ speed calculator:
http://www.locost7.info/gearcalc.php  that may be useful.

It has ratios preprogrammed in but they aren't useful for the stuff we're
running. Just type in the ratios manually and click on "Calculate".
