Yeah, I still have that text and/or data around somewhere.If you can show me
the math and/or physics that  would determine the parasitic losses then I
would know where to begin on getting data to suppor an analysis. I believe
that the results are already included in the tire rolling coefficient
methods as they include road surface...from sand to hard concrete as one of
the parameters.
