Dave & list, just a note about road race pans at the salt. Beware of "tight"
trap doors. As the car approaches max speed the G force slows, so the trap
doors do not open very easy, (The engine still requires a large volume of oil
at this point) and the supply is interrupted. Bang is next. I just remove
some of the doors or cut some holes to let the oil pass easier.
