Dana,
When Bryan Savage and I ran the motorcycle powered streamliner we ran 520
Tsubaki Premium o-ring chain and had no strength problems with it and for
that matter could not wear it out. Our car was turbocharged and weighed
approx. 1100 lbs. so we stressed it. We primarily went from 530 to 520 chain
to allow us to get a larger primary sprocket in the engine cases.
