There has been a lot of good suggestions on engine turning, the way I did the
dash inserts on the Willys was to use scotts pads cut with a 1inch hole
punch. Then I used a mandrel that had a pad on it that had hooks like velcro.
This held the scotts pads in place and worked real good. I used my mill to
get the pattern that I wanted after some trial and error. Larry Mac
