75W-90 works great in a Quickchange also. The consensus of opinion from
various gear companies I've talked to is DO NOT use synthetic lube on new
gear sets. After they have been broken in (which is much more than a 5
minute process) the synthetic works fine. I have run the Synthetic in my
4-speed for about 5 years now and am very happy with the low friction
results.
