Glad you jogged my brain again here, was looking at some ignition
stuff today and came across a progressive nitrous controller based on
rpm instead of time. It also had some built safety features such as
fuel pressure loss and a rpm limiter, know you already have one, and a
shift light. They claim theirs doesn't have the on off surge problem
the time based system has.Check this out and talk to your motor guru:
http://www.jacobselectronics.com/index.htm. Their website is kinda
screwed up right now maybe they need Jon's help, but I figured you
could call them and they could tell you more about it. I guess you are
going with one of the single stage systems that uses jets so you can
start at 50 hp and get greedy from there.
