I jumped the gun and goofed up with my previous message. ECTA is still going
to run SCTA numbers. However, if you have not run befor (or have a new
vehicle) call Chuck Kalbach for a new number.
If you have an old ECTA number DON'T call Chuck just yet. Bill Mackey is
working with Chuck and trying to transfer as many of those old numbers into
the SCTA list as possible first. If there is a conflict with your old number
Bill will notify you.
